Request an architectural change

Exterior changes such as painting, fencing, driveways, and additions require approval from the Architectural Control Committee before work begins.

Work may not begin until proper approval is given. Common changes are typically approved within 2 weeks; special or unique requests may take up to 30 days. If work is not completed within six months of approval, a new request must be submitted.

Include materials, colors, and dimensions where relevant. Email architectural drawings, sketches, photos, contractor specifications, or site plans to Approvals@eaglescrest.net referencing your property address.

Permits are your responsibility

For your protection, check with the city, county, or other applicable agencies about required permits before starting work. Committee approval is not a certification that your project complies with government rules, regulations, or building practices.
